The location is fantastic! Super central and very near the main plaza and other sights. Thanks to the night shift staff as I arrived very early in the morning. Lovely lobby and the room had an old world feel to it. Staff at the reception and breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. Great stop to rest and relax, even though the price might be a bit more than other hotels. The lights in the room were pretty lovely and gave a nice feel to the whole ambience.

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. Also, we arrived at 6:30am & knocked on the door. They let us check in early for an extra 190 bs.

It is a true 4 star hotel located less than a half block (USA) from the main square in a building erected during colonial times (I am assuming). You cannot beat location. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Nicely decorated lobby and the rooms. You get what you see in the pictures.

Beautiful, quiet hotel right in the centre of town. Perfect location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast! Highly recommend!

Close to the main square, actually located at the main square. Big rooms with hot shower. Wonderful staff.

Can’t be better located 10 meters from the plaza. The receptionist and the night guards were super nice and helpful.

The location and the style of the hotel were the things we liked the most. The staff was very friendly, throughout our whole stay, and even when we checked out.
